• Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and we kindly ask that you check out by 10:00 AM to help us prepare for our next guests.

• We warmly welcome children of all ages, creating a family-friendly environment during your stay.

• If you would like to make your visit even more comfortable, we offer a paid cleaning service that can be arranged in advance.

• To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable either before or upon arrival.

• Please note that a refundable security deposit of R1,500 will be collected upon your arrival.

• Please be mindful of your booking capacity, as exceeding this limit is not permitted.

• For the comfort and privacy of all guests, unauthorised daytime visitors are not allowed.

• To maintain a peaceful environment, we observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

• We appreciate your understanding that smoking indoors is strictly forbidden.

• Kindly note that parties and events are not permitted on the premises.

• Please be aware that, due to local wildlife, pets are not allowed on-site.

• Fireworks are strictly prohibited to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

• We also emphasise that illegal activities are not tolerated.

• Lastly, please supervise children at all times for their safety.

• Enjoy peace of mind with free cancellation up to 7 days before your arrival.

• If you need to cancel within 7 days, please note that we will retain 50% of your deposit.

• For cancellations within 2 days or in the case of a no-show, we will unfortunately need to forfeit the full deposit.

• For everyone's peace of mind, we kindly ask our guests to sign a short-term rental agreement upon arrival.

• Our property is powered by solar energy, so we kindly ask you to be mindful of your electricity use to help prevent power outages.

• While some amenities such as the oven and dishwasher aren't available at night, you'll still have access to our gas stove, microwave, and gas geyser whenever needed.

• The dirt road leading to our property is generally easy to drive on, but conditions can change, so please drive carefully.

• If you're looking to launch a boat, please note that it depends on the availability of facilities, soil conditions, and the water level of the dam.

• Since we’re located in a remote area, our property manager is on-site to assist you. They’re dedicated to ensuring you have a wonderful experience while respecting your privacy and comfort.
